This Division is responsible for the scheduling and performance of routine maintenance and major and minor repairs to the municipal fleet. This fleet consists of approximately 300 vehicles, including staff and police cars, vans and pickup trucks, heavy trucks and trailers, heavy construction equipment, and tractors. This Division also maintains the Township communications system, fuel depots, and other smaller pieces of equipment and power tools.

This Division has a staff of 1 Project Manager, 1 Foreman, 7 Mechanics and 1 Senior Parks Clerk, headed by the Superintendent of Equipment Maintenance, and is located at the Department of Public Works Garage complex at 201 Dey Road.
