The Wayne Township Senior Citizen Advisory Committee serves at the discretion and direction of the Mayor to render services to seniors and to seek ways to assist senior citizens in their quality of life. The Committee has served seniors for approximately 5 years, with membership open to all adults who are interested in assisting the community. New members are admitted
Township Council Meetings: Regular Meetings of the Township Council are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Special Meetings and Conference Sessions are periodically scheduled. Meetings are in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 475 Valley Road. Township Planning Board Meetings:Â Regular meetings of the Planning Board are generally held on the second and fourth Monday
There shall be an Economic Development Commission of the Township of Wayne. It shall consist of thirteen (13) members, (11) shall be residents of the Township or members of the business community of the Township appointed by the Township Council for a term of (5) years, and (1) shall be a member of the Township Council appointed by the Council
