§ 14-19. Smoke detectors in residential dwellings; inspection fee; violations and penalties. [Added 12-21-2005 by Ord. No. 71-2005] The Fire Bureau shall inspect all residential occupancies for compliance with the required number of approved smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and portable fire extinguishers in accordance with the Township of Wayne ordinances and the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code.
