Durring Winter Weather Events, Parking on Roads is PROHIBITED. Parked cars restrict snow removal and could be damaged by passing snow plows & salt trucks

Applications for new water or sewer service line connections can be made at the Engineering Division at 475 Valley Road and include the water tap and water meter fees or sewer tapping fees and sewer connection fees. or Apply Online

Water Services:

The Township will connect the water service line to the main with a wet tap and will install the water meter inside the home. All other work must be done by the applicant including excavation, the service line from the house to the street, the curb box and curb stop at the roadway edge, the interior plumbing, the disconnection of any existing well and the roadway restoration. Additional permits are required from the Plumbing Code Official for all interior plumbing work and a Road Opening Permit is required from the Engineering Division for any work within the public right-of-way at the street. The water tap and meter fees are based on the size of the water service line. See Water and Sewer Fees

Sewer Services:

The Township will connect the sewer service line to the main with a sewer tap. All other work must be done by the applicant including excavation, the service line from the house to the street, the cleanout at the roadway edge, the interior plumbing, the decommissioning of any septic tank, and the roadway restoration. Additional Township permits are required from the Plumbing Code Official for all interior plumbing work and a Road Opening Permit is required for any work within the public right-of-way at the street. Permits may also be required by the Health Department. The sewer fees are based on the size of the water service line. See Water and Sewer Fees
