ASSISTANT LAKE MANAGER

SALARY RANGE: $20 – $25 hour
SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to assist in instructional tasks. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with participants, associates and the public. Ability to utilize computers, relevant software, phones and other types of electronic or manual office equipment. Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform duties of this position. American Sign Language or Braille may also be considered as acceptable forms of communication.

SWIM TEAM HEAD COACH

SALARY RANGE: $6,000 season
SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to demonstrate and instruct swim technique. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with participants, associates and the public. Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform duties of this position. VIOLATIONS CLERK

The Wayne Municipal Court is seeking to hire an experienced Violations Clerk. Under the direction of the Municipal Court Judge and Court Administrator, performs daily functions of the Municipal Court and other work as assigned. Candidate must be courteous and able to deal effectively with the public and co-workers. Applicants should be detail-oriented and have strong customer service, communication, telephone skills for the fast-paced office, the ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in difficult situations and personalities. Applicants must have excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs. Applicants must take and pass Principles of Court Administration l and ll to become proficient in the Municipal Court system. Prior knowledge is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payment processing, customer service, data entry, filing and special projects as assigned by the Court Administrator.
