The Division of Parks & Forestry currently maintains 1859.45 acres of parkland which includes two aquatic facilities, one museums, and 23 community parks. These parks include 12 tennis courts, 2 platform tennis courts, 6 baseball fields, 12 softball fields, 10 soccer fields, 3 football fields, and 5 turf multi-purpose fields. The Division of Parks & Forestry also maintains approximately 10,000+ street trees and trees located in township parks and on township property. Lastly, this department is in charge of 53 school paths for snow removal and trimming of brush, 171 roadside visibility sites, 24 bus shelters, and 72 trash pickup sites.
