Wayne for All Ages Resource Center

Mayor Vergano is proud to announce the grand opening of the new Wayne for All Ages Resource Center on Oct. 3 at 10am in the Clubhouse at Captain Kilroy Park.

Dear Residents,

Our Mission with Wayne for All Ages is to address concerns identified in our age-friend;y surveys, improve access to services, and collaborate with community stakeholders to create a more age-friendly Wayne. This includes giving access to safety for all residents. If you are a parent, guardian, or caretaker of an individual(s) with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Down Syndrome, Autism, and/or other cognitive impairments, we ask that you please complete the Emergency Awareness Form below. This form was created by the Wayne Police Department in order to enhance police officer(s) communication and response skills. The completed form will be entered into the Wayne Police Department’s private, secure database, allowing responding officers to access the information you have provided on the emergency form. Filling out the form will help to facilitate effective and safe outcomes with every call the Police Department handles.

The Wayne Township Police Department ensures that all information entered on the form will be strictly confidential and entered directly onto the police database. They also recommend submitting a photo of the person on the form so they may better identify a person in the event that they went missing.
